Eight Bit Magazine
Das englischsprachige Computermagazin Eight Bit Magazine, 8-Bit Magazine bzw. EIGHT BIT (kurz: EDM) wird von John Kavanagh mit dem Untertitel "THE MAGAZINE FOR COLLECTORS AND USERS OF EIGHT BIT COMPUTERS ..." herausgegeben und hat den Schwerpunkt auf folgende 8-Bit Heimcomputersysteme der folgenden Firmen: Amstrad, Atari, Apple, Commodore und Sinclair. Seit der 2. Ausgaben wird versucht das Magazin quartalsweise herausgegeben.
Jede Ausgabe erscheint im DIN-A5-Format und besitzt mindestens 68 vollfarbige Seiten. Bisher sind vier Ausgaben erschienen. Eine fünfte ist aktuell in Vorbereitung.
Das Magazin wird mittels Kickstarter-Spenden finanziert. Es kann auch entsprechend für € 8,- pro Ausgabe, wovon € 2,- für den weltweiten Versand ist, im Online-Shop gekauft werden. Ein Abo wird auch zur Zeit versandkostenfrei angeboten.
